1. Basic kind of customer's personal information is used for better service
for the customer:
The information we learn from customers helps us personalize and continually
improve your shopping experience at DanceUniverse.
2. For Order to be successfully completed, the correct information is necessary:
To complete an order with DanceUniverse, we must collect some personal information
such as billing address, shipping address, and e-mail addresses. We ask for
an e-mail address from our customer, by which we can give necessary shipment
advice or other informatioins about the order.
We require your NAME and FULL ADDRESS shall be entered CORRECTLY, which shall
MATCH the FACT. If any WRONG or INCOMPLETE data entered for your NAME, ADDRESS,
TELEPHONE, etc. which we require in the process, your order may not be accepted
by us. This is to prevent any possible accident of fraudulent use of other person's
card. The requirement for correct data is eventually for the customer, the card
owner and ourselves.
3. DanceUniverse DOES NOT keep the customer's credit card information:
DanceUniverse does not keep the customer's credit card information in the
normal onlne purchasing process, except that we are notified of the fact of
card payment being approved by DACOM. This is our rule as well as the DACOM,
the card payment authorization company's rule about the credit card information.
4. Shipment Advice is sent to the customer by e-mail at the time of shipment:
When your order is being shipped, our customer will receive an email containing
all the details of the goods and the shipment with the shipment reg. number,
i.e. the tracking number. DanceUniverse does not share or sell any customer
information (including e-mail addresses) to firms promoting products other than
those offered at DanceUniverse.
5. Others:
Occasionally, existing customers may receive promotional information from
DanceUniverse. These e-mails often contain special offers or informations about
DanceUniverse products. A customer may be removed from the special e-mail list
at any time by clicking "remove" button contained in the e-mail, or
by returning any promotional e-mail with the word "remove" in the
subject line.
